PRICE OF GOODS
The costs listed on the Website for products/services  will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the Website..

DELIVERY OF WRITING RETREATS
Your Writing Retreat workshops and activities will be delivered to you as outlined at time of payment. You have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products within 7 days of your payment.

PAYMENT TERMS / CANCELLATION FEES / INSURANCE
Payment Terms – Writing Retreats

Workshops/Retreats are Guaranteed upon Receipt and Agreement of Full Payment.
Fees are non-refundable or transferable after 7 (seven) days of your payment.
Payment in euros. For workshops occurring in 2021 a full refund will be given to participants up to a period of three weeks prior to commencement 

INSURANCE
No liability whatsoever is accepted for injury, illness or loss of personal effects or property. Please obtain your own personal insurance appropriate to your requirements prior to travel and workshop/retreat commencement.

You are entirely responsible for any and all activities in your use of the Website. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or any other breach of security.
